WAFLO CIRCULARITY COMPANY LIMITED ("WAFLO", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws.
1. Who we are
WAFLO is a material recovery company registered in Tanzania. Our registered office is in Dar es Salaam. You can reach our data protection contact at hello@waflo.co.tz.
2. What data we collect
- Contact details you submit through the "Work with us" form: name, organization, email address, and any message you write.
- Technical data such as browser type, device, approximate region, and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics (see Cookie settings).
- Communication data: any correspondence you send us by email or through the site.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your partnership, offtake, waste management, deployment or financing enquiries (legitimate interest and consent).
- To operate, secure and improve this website (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping.
- To measure aggregate traffic and, where you opt in, marketing performance (consent).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work (for example, keeping forms secure and remembering your cookie choices), and, only if you opt in, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and forms (for example, our form processor and hosting provider), under contract, and with authorities where required by law.

We keep partnership enquiries for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregate analytics data is retained in anonymized form.

- Object to or restrict certain processing.
